NNASMT FAMILY GROUP LLC ENGINEERED FOR THE WORK AHEAD
KNOWLEDGE BASE

Start with a
clear connection.

Practical guidance for the desktop workspace and this website preview.

01 / Set up the desktop

  1. Obtain the verified CORE release from your approved distribution channel.
  2. Install the correct official driver for your vehicle interface.
  3. Launch the connected CORE build, sign in, activate this computer with your owner-issued license, then select the adapter in Interface setup.
  4. Confirm the vehicle, ignition state and connection requirements using the vehicle’s service documentation.

02 / Capture a diagnostic session

Connect, review the returned vehicle identity and inspect detected ECUs. Read diagnostic codes and supported live data. Export the report before clearing codes or making repairs, and capture a fresh report afterward. Treat missing or stale responses as unavailable data.

03 / Explore the web dashboard

Sign in to view diagnostic summaries received from your activated CORE computers. Search the returned summaries by vehicle identity, origin or software version, and export matching summaries as JSON. Records belong to your signed-in account; the page shows a bounded recent sample, not your entire history. An empty dashboard means no summaries have arrived. Local test installers do not send cloud telemetry.

04 / Inspect ECU definitions

The engineering ODX/PDX converter produces an NFG definition pack. Import that JSON pack into the desktop Definition Browser to review service and parameter metadata. Imported definitions are offline references; they do not enable ECU writes or confirm truck compatibility.
